Peanut Protein Cookies

These easy-to-make cookies are not only a sweet delight but also the perfect afternoon energiser.

Ingredients 

🍌 1 large ripe banana, mashed

🌈 3 tbsp Chocolate Fudge Functional Protein

🥜 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter

🥄 1/4 tsp cinnamon

🥣 1/2 cup rolled oats

🥄 1/2 tsp baking powder

🍫 20g dark chocolate chopped (optional)

Method

🔥 Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper

👩‍🍳  Stir all ingredients together until combined

🍪 Form 10 cookie size balls on the tray and lightly press the centre to form a cookie shape

🔥 Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
