Protein Pancakes

A simple and protein-packed Sunday brunch recipe to help manage cravings and keep you fuller for longer.

Ingredients

🌈  2 level tbsp Moodi Functional Protein (we used Berry Blush)

🥞  1 cup oats

🍌  1 ripe banana

🥛  1 cup milk of choice

🥄  1 tsp baking powder

Method

👩‍🍳  Mix ingredients together in a blender until you have a smooth batter. Add a dash more milk if the mixture is too thick.

🍳  Pour into a lightly greased or non-stick pan and cook until golden.

🍁  Drizzle with maple syrup or melted chocolate and garnish with fresh fruit.
