Classic smoothie

Simple and convenient, this delicious smoothie helps calm your nervous system and curb stress.

Ingredients

🌈  2 level tbsp Moodi Functional Protein

🍌  1 cup frozen fruit (some ideas include mixing banana, berries, or mango)

🥜  1 tbsp nut butter or chia seeds

🥛  Splash of milk of choice

    Method

    👩‍🍳  Blend until smooth.

    💦  Add enough milk until you get your preferred consistency.
