Calm your nervous system and curb stress with this refreshing and antioxidant-packed breakfast bowl.


🌈  2 level tbsp Moodi Berry Blush Functional Protein

🍌  1 frozen ripe banana 

🍓  2/3 cup frozen raspberries

🍨  1 tbsp yoghurt of choice 

🥛  Splash of milk of choice (coconut works well)

🥜  [Optional] Granola, seasonal fruit or chopped nuts/seeds


👩‍🍳  Blend all ingredients aside from the toppings together. For a smoothie consistency, add more milk or use an unfrozen banana

🥝  Garnish with toppings of your choice
