Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouses. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days for orders received before 10am in the timezone of the relevant warehouse. Estimated shipping times do not include our processing time. Sometimes delays will be experienced due to peak volumes or logistics outside of Moodi’s control. We will do our best to keep you informed where there are unexpected delays in shipping your order.
New Zealand
Express: free on orders of NZ$79 or more; NZ$4.90 for urban deliveries; NZ$7.90 for rural deliveries. Carrier: NZ Post. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
Please allow up to 3-5 extra business days for rural addresses and during holiday periods.
Australia
Standard: free on orders of AU$99 or more; otherwise AU$9.90. Carrier: NZ Post / Aus Post. Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days.
Express: AU$24.90. Carrier: DHL. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
International
We may ship to other countries — please contact us at hey@moodiblends.com to check. International orders may attract customs duties or taxes on arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not issue refunds for orders where duties or taxes remain unpaid.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. You can edit it within 2 hours of placing your order through our order editing portal. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, and we cannot re-send international orders that are returned to us due to non-delivery.
Parcels left at your address are at your risk. Please ensure your address is safe for a parcel to be left unattended, or that someone will be present to receive it.
Tracking and delays
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Make sure you check your spam folder for shipping emails. Estimated delivery times are guides only. Delays can occur due to customs, freight schedules, or demand in your region.
Once your order has been dispatched, please contact your carrier (NZ Post, Aus Post, or DHL) directly for tracking enquiries. Contact us at hey@moodiblends.com only if your carrier has confirmed your order is lost, or if you have received damaged or incorrect goods.
Our responsibilities
We are not responsible for delays caused by our carriers or circumstances outside our control. We cannot guarantee delivery within any stated timeframe, as these are estimates only.
