Product use
Our Pre + Probiotic blends and Pre + Probiotic Sodas are safe while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Unfortunately, there isn't comprehensive research on the ingredients of our other supplements being used while pregnant or breastfeeding.
This depends on the type of medication. Please reach out to us at hey@moodiblends.com so our Naturopath can advise whether our blends are safe for you.
This depends on the product range and their age.
Pre + Probiotic Blends: Our Pre + Probiotic Blends are suitable for kids 10+. For ages 10-13, we recommend starting with a half dose every second day and seeing how they go. If well tolerated, this can be increased to once daily. Discontinue if any discomfort occurs and consult a practitioner if unsure. We don’t recommend this product for children under 10.
Hormone Gummies: Our gummies are suitable for ages 13+. For kids under that age, their hormonal systems are still developing, so taking supplements isn’t recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional.
AM Blends, PM Blends, Functional Protein: We recommend a half dose for ages 13-18. Unfortunately, there isn’t comprehensive research on the active ingredients of these products being taken by children under the age of 13.
Yes! These are the upper daily doses we recommend based on the active ingredients:
Pre + Probiotic Blends: up to 2 doses daily, regardless of other products you take.
Hormone Gummies: up to 2 doses daily, regardless of other products you take.
AM Blends: up to 2 doses daily, regardless of other products you take.
PM Blends: up to 2 doses daily, but if you're also taking the Functional Protein, then just 1 dose daily is recommended.
Functional Protein: up to 2 doses daily, but if you're also taking the PM Blend, then just 1 dose daily is recommended.
Here is our recommended timing for taking the products:
Pre + Probiotic Blends: Best taken at any time.
Hormone Gummies: Enjoy all 6 gummies as a snack, or spread them out across the day. Best taken with food for enhanced blood sugar and cravings support.
AM Blends: Supports healthy mental energy for up to 5 hours, so best taken earlier in the day (not after dinner).
PM Blends: Supports relaxation and sleep, so best taken when you're looking to unwind (generally after dinner).
Functional Protein: Best taken at any time.
Store in a cool, dry place; reseal after use.
For our blends, as we use real whole foods in our blends, mild clumping may occur if moisture gets into the product. If this happens, simply give your blend a stir.
Our products are best used within one year. Please refer to the expiration date on your package.

Our product are all made using vegan ingredients.
All of our products are free from cane sugar. You can find the consumer information on the page for the sugar content of each individual product.
Moodi contains vegan and gluten-free ingredients. However, trace elements of milk, gluten, wheat, soy, sulphites, sesame, cashew and hazelnuts may be present.
