I can't find Afterpay or Laybuy on your site?
Scroll to the bottom of the checkout page (past entering shipping details) to the final "payment step". You will see an option to enter your card details or pay with AfterPay or Laybuy. Ensure you aren't using an express checkout option like Shop Pay or Google Pay.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay and Laybuy. We do not store or have access to your card information.

We ship from our Auckland warehouse to New Zealand, Australia and USA.

Can I take Moodi while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Is Moodi safe to take with prescription medication?
Please consult your doctor before using Moodi if you are on prescription medication or have a medical condition.
Is Moodi safe for kids?
Moodi is formulated for adults as there isn’t enough research on our active ingredients with children. It’s dependent on what their body needs and their age, so to be cautious, please check with a medical professional.
How often should I take each Moodi product?
We recommend enjoying up to two servings of each Moodi blend daily.
Can I take multiple Moodi products?
Yes! These are the upper daily doses we recommend based on the active ingredients:
Functional Elixirs: up to 2 servings daily, regardless of other blends you take.
AM Blends: up to 2 servings daily, regardless of other blends you take.
PM Blends: up to 2 servings daily, but if you're also taking the Functional Protein, then just 1 serving daily is recommended.
Functional Protein: up to 2 servings daily, but if you're also taking the PM Blend, then just 1 serving daily is recommended.
What time of day should I take Moodi?
Here is our recommended timing for taking the blends:
Functional Elixirs: Best taken at any time.
AM Blends: Gives 5 hours of fast-acting energy, so best taken earlier in the day (not after dinner).
PM Blends: Supports relaxation and sleep, so best taken when you're looking to relax (generally after dinner).
Functional Protein: Best taken at any time.
Can I take Moodi with just water?
You can take any blend with water and it will not impact effectiveness. We advise against taking with water as they don't taste best this way (except for the Functional Elixirs).
Functional Elixirs: Made to be taken with water - we think they're delicious with a bit of ice too!
AM & PM Blends: Made to be taken with milk of your choice either hot or iced.
Functional Protein: Made to be blended into a smoothie, or stirred into yoghurt or oats. Can also be added to baking or pancakes.
Is Moodi Protein a meal replacement?
Moodi functional protein provides long-lasting energy and great nutrients. However, it is not formulated to be a complete substitute for a balanced diet.
Can I take Moodi Protein if I don't workout?
Yes of course, you will still benefit from our functional blends!
Where do I store Moodi?
Store in a cool, dry place; reseal after use.
As we use real whole foods in our blends, mild clumping may occur if moisture gets into the product. If this happens, simply give your blend a stir.
What is the shelf life?
Our products are best used within one year. Please refer to the expiration date on your package.

Can I get samples to try?
We don't currently offer samples sorry.
Are Moodi products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are all vegan.
Are Moodi products sugar-free?
Yes, they are all refined sugar-free.
Are Moodi products keto?
Yes, our products are all keto friendly at the recommended serving size.
Is Moodi made in an allergen-free facility?
Our blends are manufactured in a facility that handles dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, egg, and fish; trace elements may be present.
Do you have a list of stockists?
We used to have New Zealand stockists, however, due to high demand we currently only stock our blends on our website.
If you're based in Auckland, you can try our Blue Vanilla or Berry Blush protein on the menu at Bowl & Arrow in Newmarket or Orakei.
