
Simple Chia Pudding
No blender, no worries! This easy afternoon energiser will help you break through the 3pm wall.
Ingredients
🌈 1 level tbsp Functional Protein
🥄 2 heaped tbsp chia seeds
🥛 2/3 cup canned coconut milk
Method
👩🍳 Stir chia, coconut milk, and Functional Protein until combined.
❄️ Refrigerate for 15 mins then give it another stir. Add a splash of water if the pudding is too thick. Rest in fridge for another 30min (or overnight for best results).
🍓 Once set, add your go-to toppings. We love yoghurt and fresh fruit.
