Chocolate Baked Oats
A delightful winter warmer spiked with our indulgent Chocolate Fudge protein to keep you satiated and energised.
Ingredients
🌈 60g Moodi Chocolate Fudge Functional Protein
🥣 90g rolled oats
🍌 1 large ripe banana
🧁 1 tsp baking powder
🥛 180ml almond milk
🍫 40g dark chocolate cut into large chunks
🫐 (Optional) 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
Method
🔥 Pre-heat oven to 180c and line a loaf tin.
🥣 Place protein, oats, baking powder, almond milk and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into loaf tin and top with chocolate chunks pressed down slightly into the loaf and and berries (optional).
👩🍳 Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the mixture is dry when poked with a knife. Slice into four pieces. Best enjoyed warm or reheated slightly in the microwave.
