Sleepy Time Cookies

With just four ingredients, this is the quickest, go-to-recipe when you're craving a sleepy time cookie after dinner. 

Ingredients 

🍌 1 large very ripe banana, mashed

🥣 1 cup quick oats

🌈 1 serving Functional Hot Chocolate

🍫 30g chocolate chips or dark chocolate chopped 

🥄 (Optional) pinch of salt

Method

🔥 Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper

👩‍🍳  Stir all ingredients together until combined

🍪 Form 6 cookie size balls on the tray and lightly press the centre to form a cookie shape

🔥 Place in oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
