Store Credit Policy
1. What is Moodi Store Credit?
Moodi store credit is a credit added to your account that you can put towards eligible orders at moodiblends.com. We might issue it:
- As a resolution under our Refund & Return Policy
- As part of a promotion, referral, or campaign
- Where you actively choose Credit over a refund
We'll let you know each time Credit is issued, including the value, expiry date, and any other details you need to know.
2. How much do you get?
When credit is issued as a resolution, we refund the full price you paid for that product. We also add a little extra to cover shipping.
Credit is added to your account associated with the email address used for your original order. It's tied to your account and can't be transferred to someone else.
3. How long does your credit last?
Credit is valid for three years from the date it is added to your account unless otherwise stated at the time the Credit is issued.
Once credit has expired, it can't be reinstated, so please use it before then. Credit is not cash, and you can’t get a refund for it; you can only use it for orders at moodiblends.com.
4. How to use your Credit
Credit can be redeemed at checkout on eligible products at moodiblends.com.
- You can use Credit across one or more orders until the balance is used.
- If your Credit balance exceeds the order total, the remaining amount stays on your account until expiry.
- If the order total exceeds your Credit balance, you can pay the difference with an accepted payment method at checkout.
5. Using Credit on subscriptions
You can use credit on a subscription order. It applies once, to the order you choose, and doesn't change the price of your future subscription billings.
6. What Credit can't do
Credit:
- Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Is non-transferable and tied to the account it was issued to
- Cannot be used to purchase gift cards or converted into a gift card
- Cannot be applied to orders placed before the Credit was issued
- Does not earn interest
Credit issued as a resolution is not eligible for our change of mind or satisfaction guarantee. Products bought with credit from a previously credited item are not eligible for further credit, replacements or refunds unless they are faulty or incorrect.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer laws. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may also be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
8. Keeping store credit fair
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or delay Credit if we reasonably believe it was obtained or used in a way that breaches these terms or our Terms of Service. This applies where:
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain Credit
- Misrepresenting an issue to obtain Credit
- Reselling or attempting to transfer Credit
9. Changes to these terms
We may update this policy from time to time. If we ever wind down the store credit programme, any credit you already hold will still be honoured until its original expiry date, or refunded to you.

You can see your current Credit balance and expiry date by logging into your account at moodiblends.com or by emailing hey@moodiblends.com with your order number or account email, and we'll take a look for you.
