Refund policy

 

If something has gone wrong with your order, we want to make it right. Email us at hey@moodiblends.com with your order number or full name, and we will do our best to help.

Our policy sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which give you additional rights that we cannot limit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent you the wrong product, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

Satisfaction guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on full price supplements (excluding accessories) if all of the following conditions are met:

  • It is less than 30 days since your parcel was delivered
  • You have used no more than three servings
  • You have taken the product as directed
  • It is the first time you have ordered this flavour
  • You have not previously returned more than two items

If your order meets all of these conditions, please:

  • email hey@moodiblends.com to arrange a return
  • you are responsible for the return shipping cost
  • we will process your refund once we receive the item
  • original shipping costs are not refundable

What we do not cover

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • change of mind (other than under the satisfaction guarantee above)
  • products that have been used beyond the conditions above
  • products purchased at a discount, unless they are faulty

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the conditions above.
