Consumer Information

Sweet dreams, naturally

Regular brews
Natural sleep support

Unlike some sleep supplements that may make you feel groggy, our PM Blends support your natural sleep cycle with gentle, non-habit-forming ingredients to help you unwind.
Calming support for the body & mind

Our blends are designed to support relaxation and help you unwind before bed.
Relaxing ritual

Pills feel clinical and easy to skip. A warm, chocolatey PM Blend turns bedtime into a soothing ritual your brain associates with safety and comfort, which is a powerful cue for deeper sleep.
Wake up refreshed

Sleep supplements can leave you groggy, foggy, or “hungover” the next morning. We formulated our blends to support restorative sleep, so you wake up clear-headed and ready to start the day.
Satisfies your sweet tooth

More than just a sleep product. This formulation combines functional ingredients to support normal stress response, stress cravings & overall wellbeing.
Packaging made from plants

Our tubs are made in New Zealand from a renewable byproduct of the sugarcane industry and have a climate-positive carbon footprint.

We love questions

We've got your most common questions covered. Can't find what you're looking for? Visit our FAQ for more.

Struggle to unwind at night? Then our PM Blends are for you. They’re science-backed, indulgent, and a ritual you’ll actually enjoy — no more forgetting to take your boring (or gross!) sleep supplements.

Some customers notice support with unwinding and satisfying their sweet tooth immediately, while for others it can take several weeks of consistent daily use as the body and mind adjusts.

Unfortunately, there isn't comprehensive research on the ingredients of this blend being used while pregnant or breastfeeding.

We always recommend checking with your medical practitioner about specific health concerns.

Our blends are formulated with adults in mind. If you're considering this for someone under 18, please check with their GP or health professional for personalised guidance based on their age and stage.

Taking it with water won't impact the effectiveness of the blend, however we think it tastes best when taken with milk of your choice!

The active ingredients work best when trying to unwind for sleep and support stress (or stress-related cravings), so we recommend consuming after dinner.

Our PM Blends are naturally sweetened with monk fruit, not cane sugar. Monk fruit provides all of the sweetness of sugar without the blood sugar spike or calories.

Moodi contains plant-based and gluten-free ingredients. However, trace elements of milk, gluten, wheat, soy, sulphites, sesame, cashew and hazelnuts may be present.

Yes! The tubs are recyclable where #2 HDPE is accepted, and lids where #5 Polypropylene is accepted. They're made from 100% I'm Green™ Sugarcane Plastic in NZ. This renewable byproduct of the sugarcane industry has a climate-positive carbon footprint.

I absolutely love the Mylk Chocolate Moodi drink. It tastes delicious and feels like such a treat before going to bed. I've been raving about this to everyone!!! Definitely try it out - who knew something could be both good for you AND tasty!? The Matcha Coconut is tasty too. It isn't as Matcha'ry as it could be but I like the subtleness of it. Great way to start and end my day!
