How can I make changes to my order once placed?

Shopping online isn't always perfect — mistakes happen. That's why we give you a 2-hour window after placing your order to make changes yourself.

To edit your order, click the "Edit or view your order" button in your order confirmation email. If the 2-hour window has passed, contact us here, and we'll do our best to help before your order is packed.

⚠️ Note: Changes outside the 2-hour window can't be guaranteed.

Used the wrong address?

  1. Click Address modifications
  2. Edit the necessary fields
  3. Hit Save address

Want to add a product?

  1. Click Add another product
  2. Search for the product using the search bar
  3. Click View next to the product name
  4. Toggle the + button to select your quantity
  5. Click Add to order
