Terms & Conditions – $15,000 Female Founder Fund (Fund)

    1. An applicant for an award under the Fund may be made by individuals who identify as a woman, are based in New Zealand or Australia, are 18 years or older at the time of application, and are the founder or co-founder of an actively trading business (Applicant).
    2. Submission of an application relating to the Fund is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions by each Applicant.
    3. Moodi Ltd, their employees, agents, contracted agencies, and immediate family members of those parties are not eligible to apply.
    4. Moodi Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of applications by all or any Applicants.
    5. Applications must be submitted via https://form.typeform.com/to/lxEkJ96L between 10:00 am on 13 April, 2026 and 11.59 pm on May 24, 2026, New Zealand Time. Incomplete, late, or invalid entries may not be considered. Each Applicant may make only one application.
    6. The total fund is NZD $15,000 (the “Fund”), comprising four Awards:
      • First Award: NZD $8,000
      • Second Award: NZD $2,500
      • Third Award: NZD $2,500
      • People’s Choice Award: NZD $2,000 (selected by public vote, as described below)
    7. Award recipients will be selected for Moodi Ltd by Kate Gatfield-Jeffries and other judges at their sole discretion. Moodi Ltd reserves the right to determine Award recipients on any basis it considers appropriate.
    8. Moodi Ltd’s decisions are final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into. Moodi Ltd will determine the dates for announcing Award recipients and may do this in stages.
    9. Following the selection of the First, Second and Third Awards, Moodi Ltd will publish a shortlist of up to 5 (5) Applicants who are not selected for one of those 3 Awards and those Applicants qualify for the People’s Choice Award. The public will be invited to vote for their preferred shortlisted Applicant in the manner determined by Moodi. Voting will be open for a period determined by Moodi Ltd. Each respondent may submit one vote only. The shortlisted Applicant who receives the most valid votes will receive the People’s Choice Award. In the event of a tie, Moodi Ltd will determine the People’s Choice Award recipient. Moodi Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify votes it reasonably considers irregular, automated, or otherwise invalid.
    10. Applicants who are shortlisted for the People’s Choice Award may be required to provide additional materials (including a headshot, photograph, and short business description) within 5 business days of being notified of their shortlisting. Failure to provide requested materials within this timeframe may result in removal from the People’s Choice shortlist and replacement with another Applicant at the discretion of Moodi LTD.
    11. Award recipients and People’s Choice Award shortlist Participants will be notified by email. Any Applicants not selected as an Award recipient or for the People’s Choice Shortlist may be notified of non-selection by Moodi Ltd.
    12. If an Award recipient is deemed ineligible for any reason, a replacement Award recipient may be selected.
    13. If an Award recipient cannot be contacted or does not claim their Award within 10 business days of notification, a new Award recipient may be selected. Moodi Ltd takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact an Award recipient including where an Applicant has not provided correct or complete contact details.
    14. If an Applicant’s contact details change during the application period, it is the applicant’s responsibility to notify Moodi Ltd. Requests to modify entry information should be directed to Moodi Ltd at hey@moodiblends.com.
    15. Award amounts will be transferred to each Award recipient’s nominated bank account(s) within 10 business days of the announcement of Award recipients.
    16. Any Australian Award recipient will receive their Award in AUD, converted from NZD at the exchange rate applicable at the date of transfer. NZD is the official currency for all Award amounts.
    17. Each Award is a gift, not a loan and no repayment or equity is required. Award recipients also receive a 1-year supply of Moodi products (18 x blends).
    18. Award amounts may be used for business or other expenses, including but not limited to inventory, marketing, operations, research, product development, childcare, or self-care.
    19. Applicants are advised that tax implications may arise from receipt of an Award and should seek independent financial advice before accepting. Moodi Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting an Award.
    20. Award recipients will be announced by email and on social media platforms. Acceptance of an Award is deemed consent for Moodi Ltd and Kate Gatfield-Jeffries to use the Award recipient’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes, including paid marketing, without any further reference, payment, or compensation. Award recipients will make themselves reasonably available for content and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
    21. Personal information collected from Applicants will be used solely to administer the application and Award process and will be handled in accordance with Moodi Ltd’s Privacy Policy at https://www.moodiblends.com/policies/privacy-policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 2020. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the Fund or as required by law.
    22. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok may be used to advertise or promote the Fund and the Awards. Applicants agree that the Fund is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok; and agree to release those platforms from all liability in relation to this Fund and the Awards. Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to Moodi Ltd and not to those platforms.
    23. Moodi Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Fund and all or any the Awards at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
    24. By applying, applicants acknowledge that this Fund does not create a legal partnership, employment relationship, or contractual obligation between Moodi Ltd and any Applicant.
    25. Moodi Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or tax liability incurred by any Applicant.
    26. Moodi Ltd may reverse or cancel the award to any Award recipient who in Moodi Ltd’s sole discretion breaches these terms and conditions or brings or may bring Moodi Ltd into disrepute for any reason.
    27. All dates and times are in New Zealand Standard Time (NZST). All amounts are in NZD unless otherwise stated. New Zealand law applies.
    28. Any disputes will be resolved by way of mediation, then arbitration with the mediator and (if needed) arbitrator chosen by Moodi Ltd from a list of 3 recommended in each case by AMINZ.
