Moodi Summer Edition 2026 Gift with Purchase Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter of this offer is Moodi Ltd (Moodi), C/- Hudson Taylor, Level 3, 44 Victoria Street, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011, New Zealand.
2. Acceptance of Terms: Placing a qualifying order during the Offer Period constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions (Terms).
3. Eligibility: This offer is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are resident in New Zealand or Australia and who place a qualifying order via Moodi’s online store at www.moodiblends.com for delivery to an address in New Zealand or Australia during the Offer Period (Customer). This offer is not available for orders placed through any retail store or third-party website.
4. Offer Period: This offer applies to orders placed and paid for between 10:00am on 3 November 2026 and 11:59pm on 19 November 2026 (Offer Period). Orders placed or paid for outside the Offer Period do not qualify. All times are New Zealand time (NZDT, UTC+13). Australian Customers should allow for any time zone differences.
5. How to Qualify:
(a) To receive the gift or gifts described below (Gift), Customers must place and pay for an online order of $110 or more (excluding shipping, and calculated after any discount codes or credits have been applied) at www.moodiblends.com during the Offer Period (Order). For all Orders the qualifying amounts are calculated at the time the Order is paid for. Orders which are paid for during the Offer Period under subscription arrangements with Moodi also qualify for Gifts.
(b) The Gifts will be added to all Orders at checkout at no extra charge. If the Gifts do not appear at checkout on an Order, Customers should contact Moodi at hey@moodiblends.com before completing their order.
(c) Orders that are then cancelled, returned, or refunded in whole or in part resulting in the Order value falling below the values described below will no longer qualify for the Gift(s) for the relevant Tier and the relevant Gift(s) should be returned to Moodi.
6. The Gifts:
(a) Customer Orders during the Offer Period will receive the following Gift(s) for the highest tier reached by their Order value. The Gift(s) will be added to the Customer’s Order at no additional charge. The amount paid for an Order determines a Customer’s qualification for the highest one of the following tiers:
(i) Tier 1, for Orders of $110 or more – 1x Choc Hazelnut Plant Protein Ball and 1x Choc Peanut Butter Protein Crisp Bar (Tier 1 Gift)
(ii) Tier 2, for Orders of $140 or more - Tier 1 Gift, plus 1x Raspberry Lemon Pre + Probiotic Soda 4 Pack (Tier 2 Gift)
(iii) Tier 3, for Orders of $170 or more - Tier 1 Gift, Tier 2 Gift, plus 1x Raspberry Lemon Hormone Blend 10 pack (Tier 3 Gift)
(b) Gifts stack - which means that Orders qualifying for a higher tier include the Gifts for that tier and the tiers below, there is no added or separate entitlement to Gift(s) in a lower tier. Tier 3 Gifts are provided only once per Order regardless of the amount the Order exceeds the qualifying value.
(c) Each Gift is available only while stocks last. Moodi does not guarantee that any particular Gift will be available for the whole Offer Period. If a Gift, or any item comprised in a Gift, sells out or is otherwise unavailable, Moodi may in its absolute discretion: substitute it with a different product or item which it determines to be of equal or greater value; and as a result, or separately, Moodi may vary Order values which qualify for all or any Gift tiers (Gift Changes). If Moodi publishes any Gift Changes at www.moodiblends.com they will only apply to Orders paid for after the Gift Change is published.
(d) A Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product. Gifts are not transferable and may not be resold.
7. Delivery: Gifts may be included in the same shipment as the Customer’s Order, or shipped separately in Moodi’s discretion. Moodi delivery terms applying to the Order also apply to Gifts, including Moodi’s shipping terms for orders delivered to Australia and any customs, duties or import requirements that apply to the Order. Moodi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. Delivery of a Gift completes all Moodi obligations relating to supplying a Gift.
8. Gift Quality: The Gift is subject to the same quality standards as Moodi’s other products. If a Customer receives a Gift that is damaged or defective, they should contact Moodi at hey@moodiblends.com within 5 business days of receiving their Order. The Gift is not otherwise returnable or exchangeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or, for Australian Customers, the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). 9. Moodi’s Rights: Moodi may in its reasonable discretion: vary these Terms at any time during or after the Offer Period; limit the number of Orders per Customer; and refuse to supply a Gift where it reasonably considers an Order to be fraudulent, or placed in breach of these Terms, including Orders placed for resale. Moodi may: perform anything under these Terms or take any other action via an agent; vary the terms of this offer (in addition to Gift Changes) and if it does so it will publish those variations at www.moodiblends.com and the variation applies from publication.
10. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with Orders will be used to fulfil Orders and the Gift offer and in accordance with Moodi’s Privacy Policy at https://www.moodiblends.com/policies/privacy-policy, and in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) and, for Australian Customers, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This offer is operated independently by Moodi and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this offer or in connection with the Order or any Gift, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Force Majeure: If there are force majeure events, being events out of Moodi’s reasonable control, or other material adverse changes to political, economic, social or environmental conditions in New Zealand or Australia which contribute to Moodi being unable to reasonably perform this offer, Moodi may, in addition to its other rights under these Terms, amend the terms of the offer, including without limit, dates and the Gift(s), while the force majeure or material adverse events continue. Moodi may cancel this offer with no liability to any person if force majeure or material adverse events arise during or after the Offer Period.
13. Interpretation: Moodi’s decisions in the exercise or interpretation of its rights under these Terms are final and binding. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights an Australian Customer has under the Australian Consumer Law. Business days are based on Auckland business days. Dollar amounts for: New Zealand Orders are in New Zealand dollars; and for Australian Orders are in Australian dollars.
