Bali Sweepstakes 2025 Terms and Conditions ("Promotion")

    1. Entry into the Promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Information on how to enter this Promotion forms part of these Terms.

    2. The Promotion commences at 8:00am 17th September 2025, and closes at 11:59pm 8th October 2025 NZT (the "Promotion Period"). 

    3. By entering this Promotion, you consent to receiving marketing emails from Moodi Ltd (“Moodi” or “Promoter”), and REVĪVŌ Pty LTD (“Collaborator”), as well as consenting to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.  

    4. Entry is only open to an individual over 18 years of age at the date the Promotion Period starts (“Participant”).

    5. To be eligible, a Participant must be or become subscribed to the Promoter’s email subscription list. A Participant who is subscribed when the Promotion Period commences must remain subscribed for all of the Promotion Period. A Participant who becomes subscribed for the first time during the Promotion Period (“New Subscriber”) must remain subscribed for the rest of the Promotion Period. Subscription by a Participant will not be valid if achieved via automated or bot-type means. A Participant is entitled to have one subscription ("Eligible Participant"). 

    6. Each Eligible Participant may accumulate one or more entries during the Promotion Period as described in these Terms (“Entries”).

    7. The Promoter and the Collaborator, their employees, participating agents and their associated agencies are not Eligible Participants and may not enter the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the entry status of all or any Participants or Eligible Participants.

    8. All amounts described in this Promotion are in New Zealand dollars and all dates and times are in New Zealand Standard Time. 

    9. One Eligible Participant will win a prize valued at up to $15,000 (“Prize”), which includes: one retreat package for two people at REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort, Bali (valued at $8,098) a one-year supply of Moodi products for two people (valued at $1,825), return flights for two people (valued at up to $5,077) from the winner’s nearest international airport to Bali. 

    10. An Eligible Participant who holds the winning Entry for the Prize (“Prize Winner”) will be announced by the Promoter on or before 20th October 2025 (“Draw Date”).

    11. The Prize Winner may choose a companion to travel with them under the Prize (“Companion”). The Prize Winner and the Companion must travel together. 

    12. The Prize Winner will receive a one-year supply of Moodi products as described in the Prize and may nominate one other person (which may be the Companion or another person) to receive the other one-year supply of Moodi products. 

    13. Eligible Participants may earn Entries during the Promotion Period as follows: 5 Entries for becoming a New Subscriber; 1 Entry for every $1 of goods and services purchased online at  www.moodiblends.com; 10 Entries for every Moodi Pre + Probiotic Soda’s can purchased individually (ie not in a four pack) in-store and for which a valid receipt has been submitted; 40 Entries for every four pack of Moodi Pre + Probiotic Soda cans purchased in-store and for which a valid receipt is submitted.     14. A Participant is not entitled to Entries for purchases or receipts prior to or after the Promotion Period or prior to the time a Participant becomes a New Subscriber.

    15. If a purchase which otherwise qualifies for Entries is returned or refunded prior to the Draw Date, then that purchase will not earn any Entries.

    16. If a Participant is not, or stops being, an Eligible Participant they will not earn Entries. 

    17. Throughout the Promotion Period, the Promoter may announce one or more opportunities to increase the number of Entries an Eligible Participant may earn by a multiplier, e.g., (2X) and (4X), (“Entry Multiplier”). When an Entry Multiplier is announced (this may be for any or for all online purchases or in-store purchases with valid receipts), the relevant Entries will be multiplied by the applicable Entry Multiplier. For example, a $60 in-store purchase during a 4X Entry Multiplier offer will earn 240 Entries (60x4=240). 

    18. Timing and terms for any Entry Multiplier offer will be determined solely by the Promoter and will be announced by the Promoter at www.moodiblends.com, and/or its email newsletter and social media pages. Entry Multipliers will not apply to any purchases made or Entries earned prior to the relevant Entry Multiplier taking effect or after the relevant Entry Multiplier has ended.

    19. All Entries of each Eligible Participant will go into the draw to win the Prize. Each Entry is deemed a separate entry for the Promotion.

    20. The Prize Winner will be randomly selected in a draw made from all Entries. The Prize Winner will be notified by the Promoter by email to the email address given in the Prize Winner’s subscription to the Promotor’s email subscription list and will include details about the information required from the Prize Winner and how the Prize can be claimed (“Winner Notice”).

    21. The Winner Notice will have been deemed to have been delivered to the Prize Winner on the later of the date the Promoter sends the Winner Notice or 5 business days after the date of Winner Notice. 

    22. If after reasonable efforts by the Promoter, the Prize Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 10 business days of the Winner Notice, a new Prize Winner may be drawn.

    23. The Promoter may take all reasonable steps to verify information provided by the Prize Winner to ensure they are an Eligible Participant, and in relation to Entries to ensure a valid winning Entry. If the Prize Winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, or the winning Entry is deemed invalid for any reason, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at a time and date determined by the Promoter acting reasonably, and a replacement Prize Winner will be determined.

    24. The provisions relating to the draw, Winner Notice, the award of the Prize and all related terms apply to a second or subsequent Prize Winner.

    25. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact a Prize Winner including where an Eligible Participant has not provided correct or complete contact details. If an Eligible Participant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Eligible Participant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be made to the Promoter at hey@moodiblends.com. 

    26. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be converted into cash. Retreat accommodation conditions apply, blackout dates may  apply, including public holidays, peak seasons, and special events. Booking is subject to availability. Prize travel is subject to availability and all conditions of carriers or other relevant suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or delays in travel of the Prize Winner and Companion. 

    27. By participating in this Promotion, the Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter and the Collaborator are not responsible for covering costs or expenses incurred over and above what is expressly stated as included in the Prize. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Prize does not include for any person, any insurance, visas, travel documentation, meals, ground or other transportation, or any other costs associated with the Prize or the use of the Prize.

    28. The Prize Winner and where relevant the Companion are solely responsible for their compliance with all laws in all relevant countries, and with all government, border, regulatory, transport and tourist requirements of every type. The Promoter makes no representation as to the conduct or safety of international travel, accommodation, conditions or any other issues that may arise in winning, claiming and using the Prize. The Prize Winner for themselves and for the Companion agrees to make their own decisions and will take their own independent advice over risks in taking up all or any part of the Prize. 

    29. The Prize Winner indemnifies the Promoter from all claims and all costs, damages or losses in connection with the Prize Winner or the Companion winning, claiming and using the Prize.

    30. The Prize will be available for collection at a place, time and on other terms determined by the Promoter. 

    31. Eligible Participants are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a Prize. Eligible Participants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the Promotion and they will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in relation to the Promotion or purchases during the Promotion Period.

    32. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute Prize of equal or greater value.

    33. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of Entries.

    34. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion. 

    35. The Promotion may be modified or withdrawn by the Promoter at any time acting reasonably.

    36. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, and costs or expenses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with any Prize offered.

    37. The Prize Winner will be announced by email newsletter and on channels and media chosen by the Promoter. 

    38. The Prize Winner will provide reasonable personal access to the Promoter for the purposes of interviews, quotes and content relating to the Prize, the Prize Winner’s experiences when using the Prize, the Promotion, the Promoter and the Promoter’s products. 

    39. The Prize Winner will not, and will ensure the Companion will not act in any manner which brings the Promoter, its products, its product vendors, or the Promotion into disrepute.

    40. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the Prize Winner's (and those of the Companion) details, photographs and other information of all kinds for promotional and media purposes through any channel or media without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Prize Winner or the Companion.

    41. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn; and agree to release Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn.

    42. New Zealand law applies to this Promotion and the Courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this Promotion. If there is any dispute relating to this promotion between the Promoter and any Participant,  Prize Winner or Companion that dispute will first be the subject of good faith resolution discussions between the relevant parties; if that fails, the dispute will be referred to mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, conducted in a manner determined by AMINZ. 

    43. If an Eligible Participant would like to withdraw all or any Entries, please contact the Promoter at hey@moodiblends.com

    44. The Promoter may in its discretion, reverse, cancel or otherwise alter the award of the Prize if a Prize Winner breaches any of these Terms. Failure to comply with these Terms may deem the Prize Winner to not be an Eligible Participant and or not to have all or any valid Entries and the Prize Winner may be required by the Promoter to forfeit all or part of the Prize and the Prize Winner will be liable for all of the Promoter’s costs relating to the forfeited Prize including the Promoter’s actual legal and other recovery costs.
