Nope! This AM blend is caffeine-free. Instead, it uses enXtra™, which is an award-winning alternative that supports sustained energy levels for up to five hours without the jitters or crash.

Taking it with water won't impact the effectiveness of the blend, however we think it tastes best when taken with milk of your choice!

It's suitable for teens over 13. Unfortunately, there isn't comprehensive research on the ingredients of this blend being taken by younger children.
