These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of www.moodiblends.com (Site) and any purchase you make from Moodi Ltd (Moodi, we, us). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

Moodi Ltd is a New Zealand company. Our registered address is C/- Hudson Taylor, Level 3, 44 Victoria Street, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform. References to the Site include all pages and tools available at www.moodiblends.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence (whichever is higher), to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.
Products and pricing
We take care to display our products and prices accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every description, image, or price is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time without notice. An order confirmation from us does not guarantee that a price listed in error will be honoured.
Certain products may only be available online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to any person or household.
We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or that errors in the Site will be corrected, but we will always try to help if something goes wrong.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, if we suspect fraud, an unusual volume of orders, or an error in pricing or product description.
We use Shopify’s payment infrastructure. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission. We do not store your card details. Non-payment content may not be encrypted subject to Shopify practices.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and account information and to update it promptly if it changes.
Accuracy of information
The content on our Site is provided for general information only. We update it regularly but cannot guarantee it is always accurate or current. You should not rely solely on Site content when making purchasing decisions.
Third-party links and tools
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Any dealings you have with third parties are between you and them.
We may provide access to optional third-party tools. These are provided “as is” without warranty. Your use of them is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (where those Acts do not apply because you are purchasing for business purposes), Moodi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or any products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Moodi, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The revised Terms take effect immediately on posting. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept them.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our other policies on this page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moodi in relation to your use of the Site.
