How to use

Dose size: 7g (1 scoop). For best results, consume daily.

Recommended daily dosage: Take 1-2 controlled doses when looking to unwind.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Close after use. Use within 8 weeks of opening.

It won’t impact the effectiveness of the blend. However, we think it tastes best when taken with milk of your choice!

What time of day should I have Choc Hazelnut?

The active ingredients work best when trying to unwind for sleep and support stress (or stress-related cravings), so we recommend consuming after dinner.
