I'm a terrible fluid consumer! I'm the person you want in your team when there's a water shortage as I'm not going to be draining the resources! I figured that what little I do drink needs to be a solid worker and give me more than average. Moodi electrolytes are coming up trumps. Trying both flavors, I like them both. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't agree with me. It's a lovely flavor profile so just personal preference issue. I found this product really helpful especially while working out. However, this flavor was too strong to my liking. Rather than helping, it made me nauseous. The product itself is really good! quenches your thirst really well and you feel well hydrated. I love the other light watermelon flavor 😁

I love Moodi, but these electrolyte are a total miss for me. It is insanely salty, like drinking straight ocean water with a tiny hint of flavour. I started with 300ml, bumped it up to 800ml, and even dumped in a heap of ice, but nothing could save it. I get that electrolytes need sodium, but drinking this felt like a punishment. If you’re expecting/wanting a sweet, fruity hydration drink, save your money and skip this one because it's impossible to drink.
