It won’t impact the effectiveness of the blend. However, we think it tastes best when taken with milk of your choice!
What time of day should I have Hot Chocolate?
Our active ingredients work best when trying to unwind for sleep, support stress, or curb cravings, so we recommend consuming after dinner.
What time of day should I have Chai?
The energising effects of our active ingredients can last up to 5 hours, so we recommend consuming no later than a 3pm pick-me-up!

Moodi is vegan and gluten-free. However, trace elements of gluten, soy, dairy, nuts, eggs, and fish may be present.
Are Moodi tubs recyclable?
Yes! The tubs can be recycled where #2 HDPE is accepted, and lids where #5 Polypropylene is accepted.
