Moodi Birthday 2026 Gift with Purchase Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter of this offer is Moodi Ltd (Moodi), C/- Hudson Taylor, Level 3, 44 Victoria Street, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011, New Zealand.
2. Acceptance of Terms: Placing a qualifying order during the Offer Period constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions (Terms).
3. Eligibility: This offer is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who place a qualifying order via Moodi's online store at www.moodiblends.com during the Offer Period (Customer).
4. Offer Period: This offer applies to orders placed and paid for between 10:00am NZT on 29 July 2026 and 11:59pm NZT on 6 September 2026 (Offer Period). Orders placed or paid for outside the Offer Period do not qualify.
5. How to Qualify:
(a) To receive the gift or gifts described below (Gift), Customers must place and pay for an online order of $110 or more (excluding shipping) at www.moodiblends.com during the Offer Period (Order). Orders which are paid for during the Offer Period under subscription arrangements with Moodi also qualify for Gifts.
(b) The Gift will be added to all Orders at checkout at no extra charge. If the Gift does not appear at checkout on an Order, Customers should contact Moodi at hey@moodiblends.com before completing their order.
(c) Orders that are then cancelled, returned, or refunded in whole or in part such that the Order value falls below the qualifying threshold will no longer qualify for the Gift and the Gift should be returned to Moodi.
6. The Gift:
(a) Customers who place and pay for an Order during the Offer Period will receive one of the following gifts which are Moodi’s new mystery flavoured products (Gift):
(i) For Orders $110+ – Mystery Soda 4 Pack
(ii) For Orders $130+ – Mystery Soda 4 Pack and Mini Party Mix Hormone Gummies
(iii) For Orders $150+ – Mystery Soda 4 Pack, Mini Party Mix Hormone Gummies and Mini Mystery Pre + Probiotic Blend
(b) The Gift will be added to the Customer’s Order at no additional charge. The Gift on orders above $150 is limited to the Gift shown above, regardless of the amount of the Order.
(c) The Gift is provided while stocks last. Moodi may in its absolute discretion, substitute the Gift with a product of equal or greater value.
(d) The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product, and is not available separately for purchase.
7. Delivery: The Gift will be included in the same shipment as the Customer's Order, or shipped separately in Moodi’s discretion. Moodi delivery terms applying to the Order apply to the Gift. Moodi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers. Delivery of a Gift completes all Moodi obligations relating to supplying a Gift.
8. Gift Quality: The Gift is subject to the same quality standards as Moodi's other products. If a Customer receives a Gift that is damaged or defective, they should contact Moodi at hey@moodiblends.com within 5 business days of receiving their Order. The Gift is not otherwise returnable or exchangeable. 9. Moodi's Rights: Moodi may in its reasonable discretion vary these Terms at any time during or after the Offer Period; limit the number of Orders per Customer; and perform any stated function via an agent. Moodi may vary the terms of this offer and if it does so it will publish those variations at www.moodiblends.com.
10. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with Orders will be used to fulfil Orders and the Gift offer and in accordance with Moodi's Privacy Policy at https://www.moodiblends.com/policies/privacy-policy. This offer is operated independently by Moodi and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this offer or in connection with the Order or any Gift, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Force Majeure: If there are force majeure events, being events out of Moodi's reasonable control, or other material adverse changes to political, economic, social or environmental conditions in New Zealand which contribute to Moodi being unable to reasonably perform this offer, Moodi may amend the terms of the offer, including dates and the Gift, while the force majeure or material adverse events continue. Moodi may cancel this offer with no liability to any person if force majeure or material adverse events arise during or after the Offer Period.
13. Interpretation: Moodi's decisions in the exercise or interpretation of its rights under these Terms are final and binding. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction. Business days are based on Auckland business days.
