We use monk fruit for sweetness, with no cane sugar or sugar alcohols. Every bar and ball has just 3g of sugar, so you can enjoy the flavour you love without a high-sugar snack.

We make our Protein Crisp Bars without added dairy or gluten, but they are not allergen-free. Our Protein Crisp Bars contain peanut, soy, almond and cashew. They may also contain milk, sesame, Brazil nut, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pistachio and walnut. I was very excited to be one of the few lucky enough to score the double chocolate protein crisp bars. At first bite I was impressed. While they do have a bit of that protein taste, I find the chocolate flavour in these quite enjoyable. It isnt the typical dark chocolate flavour which I liked, and I found them to not be as thick and dense that I have found other brands of protein bars to be. I will be sad to see them gone when I run out, with them not for sale in Australian stores.
